Pros

Great maternity leave benefits/package, some fantastic people working here.

Cons

Benefits are poor, salary is poor, level of workload and responsibility isn't compensated fairly compared to other companies with similar assets

Low income compared to other oil industry. Manager have no idea how to lead teams.

Generally nice people; teleworking; good benefits

Cons

Behaviour of senior management (not Calgary based) is appalling - clear lack of empathy with employees only being numbers; unstable work environment; little opportunity for growth; no recognition for good work; employees are expected to just do what their executive says (don't think just do)
