Terrible company culture!

Business Outlook

Pros

Decent benefits, compensation is good, 9/80's, short commute if you live on north side, and decent work/life balance depending upon department you work in.

Cons

Company culture is terrible. As with many comments Spaniards almost entirely in director roles, expats come in from Spain with little to no relevant experience and no local posting of roles for consideration. Madrid always has final say even when it doesn't make sense or is least cost efficient. Integration of Talisman a disaster...still a huge divide. Extremely limited upward mobility. No pay raises in last 2-3 years. Benefits are slowly dwindling as well. US business unit fairly stagnant with future development and uncertainty.

Pros

Good conditions. Hability to change your position between different areas. Tele-work promoved between employers.

Cons

Too much burocracy and global reflexions. Slow change management. Heavy crisis in sector, promotions close to 0.
