Pros

Great, genuine people working in Canada.

Cons

Managed completely out of parent country, without any regard for Canadian cores or values. They have no idea how to manage Canadian assets, and take the 'one-repsol' approach to everything, which has yet to work in their favour. Layoffs occur every year, with along with new organization structures (which fail and are replaced each year). The only way to advance in the company is to speak Spanish, and to say yes to everything upper management says. No new development on the horizon in Canada. Extremely poor morale across the country.
