      Unrestricted sick time. 9-80 work week. Enjoyed the three day weekends

      HR was afraid of one particular black female that made everyone’s lives miserable, as well as making up lies.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      The resources in Canadian operations have a sword hanging over their heads , not knowing till when their jobs are going to last. They make employees fill ridiculous Development forms/Training forms , even when all know their job is going to end in next 6 to 12 months. The management -of the old company - have no clue about what lot of folks do , and have just sold off their jobs and roles to Spain. Its just sad. The company tries to paint a picture of helping the community through United Way among others . And they themselves keep laying off employees all the time. What are they trying to prove?? Basically the sell off to Repsol has resulted in a big ZERO for Canadian employees
