Pros

Some people are amazing, with a wonderful work ethics and positive attitudes. The building in the Woodlands is stunning.

Cons

Inefficiencies from IT setups, to management effectiveness and no chance for promotions. Managers that are incapable of leading. No rewards for hard work, just attendance and brown nosing. Redundancies in the work, with lack of clarity on ownership.

Pros

There are some management trying to evolve the company forward.

Cons

Too many to list. Regarding the Pro it is doubtful Repsol will evolve. They are too engrained in counterproductive culture.
