Pros

Pay was upper quartile for my country of origin. Gave me lots of opportunities to move to other projects in other geographies.

Cons

Has cliques that run in a continuous river from junior to very senior management. As a result when managers move, they move their "team" with them, and in turn each of those team member moves their "team", and so on, and so on.
