      Pros

      Good opportunity to get international multicultural experience. Potentially good ooportunity to highly improve your professional level (i have not had that opportunity due to a short period of work)

      Cons

      I worked as a secondee in a joint venture, so the only person from repsol that i contacted to was my manager, that actually put i high risk on a personal relationships and following career (low exposure of my job)

      Pros

      Invests in training and tries to develop technical skills in its personnel, even, if they identify you as a good prospect, it could try to develop on you managerial skills.

      Cons

      Working hard and doing things in a passionate way is not enough to be promoted, you will need to be part of the mafia that controls the people's future inside the company. As soon as you get to escalate positions, you could realize the interests among the mobs, they will not let you improve your career, unless you share the same dark interests.
