Pros

None, unless you are Spanish

Cons

Company run by their HR department which is talentless. Managers cannot make decisions, since the company culture is "find someone to blame".

Pros

Colleagues are well prepared and nice people

Cons

Lack of leadership. Top Management are constantly meeting in Madrid but no results are seen. Constants lay off due to poor asset management. Salary is low compared to other companies. You always get the feel that the business in is risk and you may be kicked out at any moment.

Pros

Multinational with international opportunities. Stable company with commitment to green goals. Downstream is strong.

Cons

Conservative business culture, does not invest in people and grinds employees. Talent is not appreciated. Spanish language is dominant and opportunities are closed unless you are fluent. Packages are no longer competitive. Lack of understanding of environments where Repsol is not already a dominant player.
