Not that great

Pros

Generally above average non-monetary benefits

Cons

Quite apparent that recognition largely goes towards Spaniards and Spanish speakers only. Low to no lack of career progression for locals.

Pros

You need income Spanish in origin

Cons

Country office staff is not really part of the team (despite what management would tell you) Constant reactive change seems to be more closely aligned to who is in management rather than any real strategy (nothing really unique to Repsol)

Pros

Good pay, and company truck for field staff

Cons

Terrible leadership, always threaten employees with staff reductions to get to work more, treats employees badly. Looks for every loop hole possible to screw employees.
