Pros

- Master Scholarship used to be good, now is not even available for some countries - Research at CSFR Spain is solid and they have pretty experienced professionals - In Spain, things seems to work better than the rest of countries

Cons

- Zero equality between women and men. They discriminated me for being pregnant - Zero focus on growing or development of a career plan - No funding for continuos learning - Bosses are just people that got lucky or got friends and they made it to the position, I had a boss with no expertise who wasn't prepared to lead the team; not in specific subjects and no even on how to conduct a proper business meeting
