      Great flexibility of how to execute work, good work-life balance, opportunities to participate in activities within company community.

      Cons

      Lack of career opportunities for young professionals. Stagnant wage growth in last years. Lot of cost cutting due to focus on optimisation.

      It is very difficult to get promoted since everyone is kind of treated the same way, there is very few meritocrazy. They do not care if young professional people leave the company

      Good colleagues, good brand, good learning. When you don't work on the weekend you can enjoy life in the great city of Madrid.

      Cons

      Long hours, no bonus, understaffed. This is my personal experience - I don't know the rest of the company. Other people seem happy.
