Pros
It has to be Remote's unparalleled people-centric culture. Before I joined Remote, I read a lot of good stuff about the company but it always felt too good to be true. Upon joining, I came to know that it is even better than it is advertised! In my 6-year professional career, I have worked with big-time conglomerates and I have friends around the world who share their experience working at different companies, and I can safely say that Remote is one of the very few companies that truly embodies its values, not just as a company, but on an individual level as well. Everyone here deals with kindness and Remoters are always willing to lend a helping hand no matter what the situation is. Also, traveling is not a hassle anymore as Remote encourages and supports you with your plans and there is a great international health insurance policy in place as well! As for compensation and benefits, I belong to a part of the world where Remote could have easily hired me for half of what I am currently earning but Remote has an amazing fair minimum annual salary compensation policy that really makes you feel valued and equal. Remote is growing exponentially and I feel very lucky and proud to be here, and I aim to grow along with the company in this awesome journey!
