      Pros

      This company has a really strong culture - sets strong expectations for each individual contributor. Managers support sales reps, listen, make process change when needed and are realistic with metrics. A lot of flexibility to work when and where you want. Highly recommended, great place to work.

      Cons

      Startup environment (which can be a con if you are not ready for it) you must be flexible and this can frustrate some but if you are ready for constant change you will be fine!

      The culture is amazing Work life balance Everyone is nice, friendly So many smart people, from so many different countries - I'm constantly impressed by the dedication, talent, and work ethic of our team Everyone goes out of there way to help their teammates/coworkers There's exciting business goals and clear expectations Leadership is transparent, honest, and inclusive Even though it's fully remote I feel like I know everyone, and part of a family So grateful for this opportunity!

      I can't think of any cons! I've seriously enjoyed my time working here, and I'm excited for where this company is heading!

      Pros

      Remofirst enables companies to build remote teams all over the world and they are living what they sell. The team is fully remote and they are building the most diverse team across the world that I've ever seen for a company of their size. They care deeply about their customers and are building great products. The market opportunity is massive, and there is real customer demand.

      Cons

      Working across so many timezones can be a challenge. If you aren't comfortable working asynchronously this probably is not a fit for you.
