Red Points will allow you the opportunity to be yourself! It's a company that challenges the status quo and forces you to grow. Having worked there for over three years I can tell you that things were not always easy but this is a company that will surely continue to create great success.

Cons

Scale ups & start ups are high change environments, if you aren't interested in having changes happen often and quickly, it's hard to say this would be an environment for you.

The best part about this company is without a doubt the people. Everyone contributes in a positive way, it's a team culture. Great work, life balance. Transparent hierarchy. Easy to get guidance and information from leadership and other departments if you are proactive. Great marketing and sales collateral. Company appears and is professional, yet laid back. Great training and support. Opportunity for lateral movement.

Cons

Product targets a niche market. If the company wants to continue to grow they need to consider additional areas of expansion. Company struggles to capture enterprise clients and has better success with mid and small market. This is not necessarily a deterrent, just something to watch as the company grows. Prioritization seems to be very pulled towards the HQ office in Spain with less attention paid elsewhere.
