Pros

Freedom, great coworkers, work life balance, nice building, good job fresh out of college. There are so many people in the company so you can build connections.

Cons

This company micromanages and there is really little to no room for growth in the company. It's extremely cliquey and unprofessional at times.

Pros

Great salary and benefits although minimal parental leave.

Cons

Management is not trustworthy. They don’t educate you fast enough to sell. My manager never did anything to make us a cohesive team and rung himself dry a lot.

Pros

- Supportive team - Opportunity to work with colleagues in Europe - Trusting environment - No micromanaging

Cons

- Timezone challenges and different working styles (US vs Europe) - Still ironing out kinks as a startup (processes, communication, etc) - No equity :( (yet?) - Quarterly work travel trips were mentioned during the interview process, but those have not happened.
