Pros

A really interesting and dynamic product. You can see that it actually hugely benefits customers. Colleagues are great, intelligent people and it is a very diverse group. Trust is placed in employees which is fantastic. The company is growing quickly which I am enjoying being a part of and you feel like you can have a real influence on the direction of the business.

Cons

Employee benefits could be improved, but this is currently being worked on.

Pros

Great team all around. Very knowledgeable and a fun group to be around. Everyone is really helpful and you can tell that they all want you to be successful here.

Cons

Don’t know what I’m suppose to do. Everything started out well. We have a great team. Leadership in New York is great. The training was also great and I felt like I was getting the hang of things. Now I’m confused. The confusion started with our new Director in Barcelona. It’s really hard to know what she wants and how to execute. Not sure where my career is headed now. I don’t feel like we are a priority or if she really cares about us at all. When she does speak to us it feels like we are doing something wrong.

Pros

The SDRs are a great group of people and are very talented. When I first started it seemed standard compared to other companies I worked at previously. The software is also a very cool tool and is fun to sell.

Cons

Management when I first started was enthusiastic and encouraging. The environment was very unique and welcoming. Then things started to change when the new director started. She has turned work into a very negative place to be. Everyone is constantly under a ton of pressure and even people who are doing well feel insecure. She tends to say what she thinks people want to hear, but doesn’t follow through. She is driving SDRs to start thinking about leaving to go places where they are treated with a certain level of respect. The goals are also I achievable and instead of looking at the over arching theme, she is putting pressure on the team.
