A Headache

Business Outlook

Pros

Freedom, ability to kind of work at your own pace

Cons

The company is shady, so that naturally makes things a bit tricky. They fire people without giving you a clear understanding of why. yet, they expect you not to question it and thus leaves you feeling like you have zero job security. On top of that, as long as they like you you'll stay. Its a popularity contest, which is childish.

Pros

Not the most horrible place to work.

Cons

Poor training. Fly by the seat of the pants approach to selling. Lack of collaboration. Must dig through old leads to find new opps. Inbound inquiries given to two reps. Most of the sales reps are young and inexperienced and lack imagination.

Pros

Cool tech Some hard-working people looking to solve for real problems

Cons

Classic bait-and-switch. Promises of rapid growth potential and the ability to drive real change. Management is actually extremely change-averse, role I was hired for doesn’t exist, there’s no support, culture is toxic and disrespectful, work/life balance is a myth. Company slots warm bodies in to fill whatever it currently needs regardless of title, job description and experience. If you don’t like it, you’ll be shown the door.
