      Pros

      I like the environment, it is a cool company and with great people. I appreciate selling the product as it is cutting edge and very technical. I´m learning a lot since I 've started. They 've been including new benefits this year and this is something I appreciate very much.

      Cons

      It's an ever-changing environment (although I see it as a good thing...), you 'll always have lots to do, the common areas are getting too small, but we´ll have another floor to use.

      Total incapacity of middle management internally promoted with no experience, knowledge and managing capacity. He is not considered a manager.

      Pros

      Fast growing and jungle style. There is room for improvement on every single corner, so if you wish to handle problems every single day it's your company.

      Cons

      Some of the C's level act as rock-stars and keep their ego's fight at most. Valuable employees are left behind in a careless way. Managers don't care a about they employees. In general the exponential growth is adding more and more entropy to all equation.
