Pros

I really like working here. perks are good but what I would remark about the company is the environment and that you definitely learn a lot. It's a good place to build your career.

Cons

For now, I don't have anything to say about this. No company is perfect but they react super quick when something needs an adjustment.

Pros

People is nice and from different countries of the world so the environment is cool

Cons

Some managers and C-levels are not really leaders because they apply the HiPPO (Highest Paid Person Opinion) Driven Development (google it to know more about it). Sometimes, someone's good idea is rejected by default because they don't want and they tend to ridiculize it instead of discuss together. Also, too many low level decisions are taken by them instead of take the teams to participate it or leave to decide how better could be approached.
