Pros

great place to learn, people are really open and friendly. specially at the beginning, you receive quite a warm welcome. the company has evolved so much over the years and even over months.

Cons

deadlines are tight and you have to work really hard.

Pros

Freedom, great coworkers, work life balance, nice building, good job fresh out of college. There are so many people in the company so you can build connections.

Cons

This company micromanages and there is really little to no room for growth in the company. It's extremely cliquey and unprofessional at times.

Pros

Redpoints was a great experience where I learned a lot and met with people who had a lot of values. I was always treated well and IT is a great family.

Cons

There were some difficult days, but the important thing is that we always managed to improve them together.
