Pros

-Flexibility -Management -Problem-centric selling -Everyone was incredibly nice

Cons

Very independent role, there is no cookie cutter method to the SDR position. While it could be viewed as a con it is also a pro due to the fact that everyone is encouraged to be creative and come up with new approaches which makes it a unique culture.
