Pros

The best are the talented people.

Cons

Egocentric CEO. Burn out. The culture has nothing to do with tech companies. Bad salary, pressure. It is a low cost company. They try to sell things to customers that they don't need. People are massively leaving the company. The project is promising, but need to change management urgently.

Pros

- Supportive team - Opportunity to work with colleagues in Europe - Trusting environment - No micromanaging

Cons

- Timezone challenges and different working styles (US vs Europe) - Still ironing out kinks as a startup (processes, communication, etc) - No equity :( (yet?) - Quarterly work travel trips were mentioned during the interview process, but those have not happened.
