Pros

HR is great, some good people, compensation is good. Good to start as a bewbie, but if you have some more experience you don't learn too much.

Cons

The management is weak, some people shouldn't be at the positions they are, they have no leaderships skills, no conflict management skills, bad communication and a total lack of proper management. Talent retention doesn't exist and there is no real empowerement nor feedback to grow.
