People are nice in general. The office is clean and the lunch will be provided when you're in the office. Work-life balance is good (unless you have to urgently support production issues)

Cons

The speed of development projects are slow. Since the company is big, they are less tolerant to mistakes and you will need to plan very well before execution. Managers are also scared of making mistakes.
