Company hires smart resources & looks for long term engagement. Company aligns consistently with its vision & looks for sustainable growth. Management is transparent as much as it could Expects accountability & proactiveness. Gives back the same in terms of monetary/growth appreciation Work culture, company location, working hours(7:30 to 4:30 ) is something I liked the most

Good to work with Japanese culture. Good Pay only 60 day notice period

- Administration is very bad. - Right from Security guard to Directors, they think they are working for Google kind off companies and make policies which are hard for employees. - No appropriate person to resolve your concerns. They play throw ball. Suggestion - No matter how much they agree to pay you, what ever it is, it is not worth it because even security guard acts like boss and stupid management never listens to you.
