- No assignment of work based on skillset. Just requirement, and anybody with generic experience can onboard - Middle Level to Top Manager completely involved in Politics in promotions, bonus, favour for favour, hiring favours etc. - Middle level people from low grade companies experience and colleges. - Indian Managers are worst to work with. All above applies very much to them. - No HR support or any actions on any kind of exploitations like Overtime without pay, Weekend Work, and any kind of compliance is not followed in terms of labour law.
