Cons

Miscommunication among departments and team members. Certain employees do not prioritize well and are disorganized.Certain management have unrealistic expectations.

Its a good environment to learn new skills because you're free to work with other teams and to jump into meetings to find out about whats going on within the company. There's also a stocked kitchen, free coffee, catered lunch once a week, and fun company outings once a month.

Cons

Its kind of hard to move up promotion wise and hard to move within the company. Seems like there is some favoritism when it comes to praise and recognition.
