Pros
It's centrally located in downtown Boston. We do monthly team-building events which almost always include some sort of happy hour. In terms of other employees, you are basically surrounded with some extremely intelligent, hard-working people. Suggestions to improve may not always be taken, but they are listened to and given serious consideration. They also have been doing a much better job at recognizing and rewarding hard work.
Cons
Since the company only hires the best and brightest, it seems the team is thinly spread at times. There's also a lack of education for new hires to learn about the industry that the company is in.
