Business Outlook
Pros
Pros include: great people, fun working environment, reasonable hours. Pay has been good for me as I work on commission...not sure the pay is great for all roles/positions. Buy.com is now owned by a very large Japanese internet company, Rakuten and they are looking to make a name for the company outside of Japan....big growth plans.
Cons
Somewhat limited career advancement opportunities as it is a fairly small company employee wise. There have been lots of changes over the past few years with the acquisition which have been difficult to deal with and tough on morale. While it seems that Rakuten has big plans it is unclear how the new model will perform outside of Japan.
