      Freedom in setting up the work to do Receive salary raise in every evaluation Evaluation is twice a year Good people as teammates to work with

      Need to look for work by ourselves (self-driven) Too much relying on vendors (sometimes boring just do management as an engineer) Bureaucracy is quite troublesome
