      Pros

      Your coworkers are going to be some of the brightest and most dedicated people you'll work with. Amazing office location. Lunch provided every day. Salary well above average.

      Cons

      Priorities change on a daily basis - when everything isn't top priority. Management by threat and intimidation in the absence of clear goals and milestones. Two weeks vacation. Really? No telecommuting. Open plan, noisy office.

      Pros

      Many chances, opportunities that you will be able to experience if you raise your hand. But that's if you have enough space in yourself.

      Cons

      Traditional Japanese culture, less efficiency and loads of meaningless tasks to cope with. Last minute changes are too common at this company which creates extra work that will keep you runnning for min. 12 hours /day
