      A Nice Japanese Global Company

      1. Work Life Balance 2. Most of the colleagues are nice people 3. Support 100% work in English 4. Free meals 5. Colleagues are really from different countries.

      1. Pay is relatively low in tech industry, 2. Pay increment is slow. 3. Lack of colleague communication outside of work. 4. Turn over rate is quite high. 5. On-Call.

      Nice company with good resource and welfare, but a rigid career system

      1. People are nice here. 2. No much politics, everyone is passionate in their work.

      Cons

      1. The career promotion paths are rigid, you have nice salary adjustments, but not much chance to promote fast in terms of position. 2. Training and Learning resources are scarce, we need a waiting list, and some rare skills are not available in the training site subscriptions.
