If you want to work with ownership and get a global exposure then this is a great place to be in. People who take self initiative to improve and get things done will succeed here. Others will suffer and take a plunge.

Cons

Not much employee benefits but the situation is slowly improving. Do not come here if you are looking for great benefits. It will take decades to get there.
