      Pros

      -Everyone is super friendly; open office space so you can easily interact with co-workers; very team-oriented environment -Promotions team was really great to work with. They made sure that I always had something productive to do (not just busy work) and always checked in with me to make sure I was learning new things, ask what else I wanted to get involved in, etc.

      Pros

      People are very nice and some are so passionate that it takes a while to understand each of them. Good stage to step upward. Long years of stay is not recommended. Guess 3 would be most.

      Cons

      Loose in management. Too much manual unbelievable repeated works. Hard to learn useful skills without self-endeavor, 'cause barely no one has time to teach, follow or check.
