- Well-defined structure clearly indicates routes people can take to advance their career within the company - Willing to help employees of all levels relocate to Japan - A variety of offers

Cons

- Compared to similar work in other organizations, lower than average base pay, with too much emphasis on bonuses - Strong "encouragement" to respond nearly always on-call, resulting in a poor work-life balance - [In 2022] Return to office was heavily pushed, though most meetings and interactions were conducted on Zoom, ultimately leaving the impression that RTO pushes did not lead to better productivity than just WFH
