I agree with the other reviews that stated “like swimming in maple syrup” and “company always comes first, even at the expense of the employee”. I went in holding Raytheon in the highest regard and left sorely disappointed.

Crushing work load Bad morale Inferior training resources Subjective review processes Too many related employees. Toss a pebble & you’ll hit a coworkers spouse, parent, sibling or child. Turnover rate is high which speaks to the profit driven culture. Subpar & costly medical plan.
