Pros
Interesting technology, good benefits package, abundant management opportunities for the technically savvy. A strong commitment to a “can’t we all get along” style diversity program. Over the years, senior management has started to look more representative of the site population (versus the traditional collection of older white men).
Cons
The bottom line is the top priority. Do not expect your engineering supervisor to be familiar with the current tools or technology. The process is more important than the process. Security gives out guessed guidance on security policies. They directed me to develop classified code for Sentinel/P1350 without a security clearance.
