Absolutely the *SINGLE* most mean-spirited company I have come across in 25+ years within the industry. Mgmt spends 1000% of its time in-fighting on internal issues - there is not a strategic thinker or role model in the entire company. The Leadership Language points towards MAJOR DOWN-SIZING in the next few months. Good Riddance. Better yet, avoid this company at all costs and your life & career will be much better off. There is absolutely nothing to be gained and everything to be lost in deciding to work for Raytheon. I regret this as the absolute WORST DECISION of my entire career, of my entire life. I am finally out (well, okay in two more days): AND I CANNOT WAIT! I have never had the feeling or experience before. Every company has something to offer. NOT RAYTHEON. They have NOTHING to offer. There is NOTHING - absolutely nothing - that any manager or role model can offer you here at RAYTHEON.

You need to continually prepare an exit strategy while still trying to maintain that you support whatever management wants. Management will take what it wants. Company good for starters but they need to leave the company soon and not stay. Toxic culture in too many places in too many aspects while company promoting inclusion.
