Pros

The company has heart and passion for its mission Benefits are ok Interesting and meaningful work Excellent compensation There are many excellent leaders and caring committed people to work with.

Cons

Unfortunately, some leaders do not take action to resolve issues with leaders that report to them and allow poor behavior to continue - even when they are aware of the 'unleaded-like' behaviors. Are very program oriented for having jobs available and can be quick to release people with out helping them find other options in the company

Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours and working with some great folks. I received good training and the working conditions were generally good.

Cons

Many in middle management seemed to be faking it. Educationally, I'm sure they were qualified, but failed miserably in open and honest communications and understanding what their people actually did and why. After 32 years I was laid off within a week of a management change, by my former manager! They understand numbers and think that firing people will fix things.

Pros

Lots of job security, rarely work more than 40-50 hours, 9/80 Fridays, and really friendly people for the most part. Alright 401k match.

Cons

Terrible performance development and review system - even after a recent revamp of the programs. Hard to move up due to strict HR rules. Younger talent is not given the opportunity to take on higher level tasks. Low salaries for the locations of major sites (except Tucson). Much harder to feel valued if you are not an engineer.
