Company has too many ethical issues HR is useless and only sides with management Leadership does not care about employee well being Salary does not compare to industry average
decent benefits and pay large organization with very mature processes
Cons
Attrition has been high and it's incredibly apparent why, management doesn't seem to care. Every all hands starts with "we hear you, everyone's overworked and burnt out but there's nothing we can do." With the attrition there's loads of people in positions they absolutely shouldn't have. You have all star employees being paid the same as awful employees despite carrying the entire team.
