      Pros

      CEO Amit Yoran is the best thing that has happened to the company. The culture that he is trying to foster is one of great products, technical mastery and a fun environment that allows for innovation. Great people with a lot of passion who love the Security Industry and want to make the world a better place. Great Product and Customer focus happening.

      Cons

      Too many 'old boy club' Executives and poor managers who can't lead, causing good people to leave. While a lot of good changes are happening, still many that are needed and can't happen quick enough.

      Pros

      Great team and atmosphere - very casual and friendly. Great pay and benefits. example: We get paid days off for volunteer work, stock purchase program, flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Going through a 'reinvention of RSA' - 2.0 they call it. They refocused on the product portfolio and removed some really good products. Change is always tough and we will survive and once again flourish.

      Pros

      The company benefits that are offered are excellent and the environment is quite nice. The employees are all very smart hard working people. This is a fast paced environment with several moving parts; lots of advancement opportunity.

      Cons

      This is a typical IT environment so if you are looking for something with a slower pace this is not the company for you. There is less red tape than in other organizations but as in every company there are managers who are difficult to work with and "clicks" to navigate around.
