      Pros

      Great place to get your feet wet with a know security player. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      For upper management positions there are challenges mainly due to the EMC deal with Dell and how RSA will fit into the mix.

      They are still new in Cairo, great opportunities to learn and grow. Flexible friendly work environment. Great managers.

      Cons

      Most work is in the Support field working US timezones. All cons of the Tech Support jobs (shifts, working on public holidays). No place to grow outside the scope of Tech Support (yet).
