Pros

Casual dress, relaxed atmosphere, somewhat flexible work arrangements. Industry-standard benefits (health, dental, vision). Reasonable degree of freedom in engineering. Projects are resourced sufficiently. Bonuses are available in some positions.

Cons

Not much culture, despite occasional attempts to boost employee involvement. Sales-focused to a fault, with lacking investment in R&D. Small teams result in good cohesion but limit innovation. No bonuses for most R&D positions.

Pros

- Easy work. - Good pay. - Cool managers. They like to say yes to every request. - No dress code at all. You can wake up in the morning and drive in with what you wore to bed last night. - We are allowed to work from home twice a week.

Cons

- It's top heavy in management. Basically, there's too many managers. - No clear career paths. - No Christmas parties allowed! This is a company policy. You can guess the reason why.
