Pros

Growth opportunities; career advancement; friendly, knowledgable co-workers

Cons

Lack of direction from senior and middle-management. Lack of company solidarity and focus. Quest operates like 15 smaller companies instead of the medium to large company that it is.

Pros

Very Relaxing atmosphere, younger professionals who generally are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Quest Software underpays their employees for amount of work put in; I can't tell you how many times I worked until 8 or 9pm to see no improvement in what I did. I worked in the Support Renewals Department and the management was awful, no consistency, being able to make reverse decisions at the last possible moment.

Too tight a network of friends connected to the president get token jobs and care less about the customer and company than being in the family
