Pros

There's a high earning potential off of commission. There was constant interaction between BDRs in group chats, email chains sharing sales wins, and team meetings which made the day entertaining. Warm leads were provided from time to time which helped to meet quota attainment.

Cons

They require 125 calls a day which was a bit excessive for the base pay you're getting. It's hard to have high quality conversations with leads from the limited training you get on product knowledge and customer pain points. Eventually a cap was put on the max commission that could be earned from a single deal.

Pros

Fully Remote (for now, they're working to move back into the office).

Cons

You are a cog in the machine, nothing more and you will be treated as such with a smile.
