Just a heads up - I have heard rumors that upper level management has asked the managers to write positive reviews on Glassdoor. I cannot be 100% sure if this is really true - but I wouldn't put it past them.

Flexible schedule, fair compensation, new office area, most co-workers were friendly on the surface

Cons

I agree with several other reviews: they break promises, are generally untrustworthy, and there's no room for growth. Communication was non-existent and when provided, it was regularly inaccurate. There's low morale employee for a multitude of reasons, but especially due to working with a company as rigid and cold as their current customer. Policies change often and management generally seems disorganized.
