Pros

Huge Office Building, Nice Front Garden, Huge parking space.Other than that, I honestly struggle to find many positive aspects about my time here. However, the exposure to multiple technologies (Python, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js) did help expand my skill set, but at a huge personal cost.

Cons

**Poor Infrastructure** : As a software engineer, I was provided with a substandard laptop that slowed down my work significantly. The lack of basic tools like Jira or Git further complicated project management and collaboration. **Unsupportive Colleagues** : The team consisted mainly of junior developers who were not capable of handling their roles. This led to me managing multiple technologies simultaneously without any support, which was both overwhelming and frustrating. **Excessive Workload** : I was forced to work across four different technologies at once, with frequent overtime and overnight shifts. This included being assigned work on public holidays without any compensation time off. **Toxic Work Environment** : The work environment was mentally exhausting. The management’s disregard for work-life balance, combined with constant pressure and unrealistic expectations, led to a toxic and stressful atmosphere.

Software/Tech guys stay away

Business Outlook

Pros

1) They acquired Mobiliya to enter into Software domain. Some people from Mobiliya are good(but dont know how much they will stay). 2) No major\exceptional\different benefits that some other company would not offer 3) Lesser experienced developers might want to join here to learn newer technologies. But don't spend more than 2 years

Cons

1) Will assign you work only based on requirement. Your experience/ability are not considered. Their attitude is billable resource is better than a skilled one. If you are on bench, you will be assigned anything that is in pipeline. 2) Employees need to work on customer premises or with client team where some guys are from quest and some are from client. The Work which client employees don't want to do will be pushed down to Quest employees. You need to be very careful while communicating with your own team. Client employees can escalate based on their perception. 3) Your management will appreciate you only if client does. Otherwise your contribution doesnt matter. 4) Long work hours. No Work life balance. Quest management will not care as long as client is happy.

Terrible Management

Pros

Flexibility with hours, that’s about it.

Cons

Upper management has no idea what they’re doing. Attrition is very high leading to disorganization with projects. People here joke about how much they hate the place... it’s really that bad.
