      They have 401K plan, WOW.

      Cons

      Left is left. But when I rollover my 401K, all the contribution from this employer was forfeited . Luckily they only match 25% of your 4% of your salary, the amount is not a big deal......

      A great place to get your career started and very flexible with employee time restraints.

      Seemingly little advancement and the company often feels like it is a us against them mentality with management and not a lot of employee satisfaction.

      Flexible and friendly work environment, work-life balance is maintained, good annual appraisals provided the performance is up to the mark. A good place to start ones career

      Have to work in Shifts, long working hours, the review procedure are tiring and time consuming.
