      Good exposure for a fresher from avg colleges.

      Cons

      Recruiters/TAT focus on salary negotiation during interview nothing else. Management is focussing on Micromanagement instead of Lean management to improve and cost cutting. Very unstable when it comes to job security and there is always a negative atmosphere around. Almost nill employee engagement. HR are down to earth but non competent
