Pros

1. Good Work Life Balance 2. Timely Salary 3. Compensation as per industry standards

Cons

1. Your skills will come to an end 2. No Engineering works- simply a puppet who have to dance on the beats of customer requirements 3. Class 3 Managers who will treat you like cow to milk 4. Bad appraisal system 5. Stay here without promotions for years 6. If you join here you will retire here as you will not have any scope after this 7. After joining no one will render support and care for you 8. You may lose your job if PO with clients end 9. You have to work as per the requirements of client and you will become slave of client 10. For making customers happy they will kick your back 11. People will refer you as they get monetary benefits for refering and also it is part of their KRA to refer 5 people every year - that is part of their appraisal s

Pros

They will take anyone. I got my friend in here and he has no upper education Great place to get your foot in the door to bigger places by adding Quest to your Resume Flexible hours, some people come in VERY late for various reasons and nothing is ever said Ability to work on different projects and skills... if there is work

Cons

Not good pay if you have a good education The company is founded on very cheesy "Pillars," basically values that they preach but do not truly care about. Its disheartening. Basically a bunch of company big wigs read a leadership book or two and all of a sudden they think they know how to motivate people they never talk to beyond a meeting. It's cringey and laughable. If you don't work in Connecticut... your location is treated like a stepchild

Pros

flexible schedule, gets your foot in the door to get notice by other companies. that's it. if you work here you will get noticed, but be prepared to get out of there as soon as you can.

Cons

employees are not valued. pay is unfair, i was hired at the same time and with the SAME experience for the SAME POSITION as another colleague and they paid the other employee 2$ more, I'm a woman and they were a man. management WILL treat women differently, they are treated rudely, ignored, and dismissed. you will get poor benefits. management will play favorites and you will not be listened to, management still has not said a complete sentence to me in my entire 2+ years of employment there. The phoenix office has major layoffs every year during Christmas time, so a lot of employees are left with no job during the holidays. no one communicates, and no one likes to take blame for anything. management has said point blank "id rather hire someone with a better personality, than hire someone who is qualified". how you get along with other employees should have nothing to do with your ability to do a job.
